Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Omni Flash covering use of the service, subscription billing, refund and cancellation policy, prohibited content, and dispute resolution. Aligned with Stripe's merchant requirements.

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Omni Flash ("the service", "we", "us"), available at omniflash-ai.com. By creating an account, completing a checkout, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. About the service
Omni Flash is an independent AI video creation platform. We are not affiliated with Google. Gemini, Gemini Omni, Omni Flash, Veo, YouTube Shorts, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.
The service offers prompt enhancement, workflow templates, and (where supported) AI video generation. Video generation is currently powered by available providers such as Veo 3 / Veo 3.1; native Gemini Omni Flash workflows are planned when developer API access becomes available. We do not represent that the service uses any specific Google model in real time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@omniflash-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that show signs of abuse or unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
5.1 Plans and pricing
Plans are listed on the Pricing page. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may be added at checkout based on your billing address.

Credit consumption varies by workflow (see Pricing for the table). Credits are issued each month at the plan's monthly amount, regardless of whether you pay monthly or annually.
5.2 Payment processor
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com). By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement as it applies to you. Card data is collected directly by Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers.
5.3 Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, matching the cycle you selected at checkout) on the same calendar day you subscribed, unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the duration of the subscription, including any applicable taxes.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
5.4 Credits
- Plan-included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
- One-time credit packages (where offered) do not expire and are consumed after included plan credits.
- Credit usage is metered per generation and may vary by model, duration, resolution, and provider availability.
5.5 Free plan
The Free plan offers a small number of one-time credits and is intended for evaluation. It is not a paid free trial: no card is required and no charge ever occurs without your explicit action.
5.6 Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge for up to 7 days. If payment still fails, your subscription will be downgraded to the Free plan and any credits in excess of the Free quota will be paused. You can resume by updating your payment method.
6. Refund and cancellation policy
6.1 Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation:
- Stops auto-renewal immediately.
- Keeps your access to paid features until the end of the current paid period.
- Does not automatically refund the current period (see §6.2).
6.2 Refunds
We offer the following refund policy:
- First subscription invoice: refundable in full within 7 days of payment, provided you have used fewer than 20% of the credits included in that plan. Email support@omniflash-ai.com to request a refund.
- Subsequent renewals: non-refundable. To avoid being charged, cancel before the renewal date.
- One-time credit packages: non-refundable once any credit from the package has been consumed. Unused packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase at our discretion.
- EU/UK consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to use the service immediately (including generating a single prompt or video), you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this withdrawal right ends as soon as performance begins.
- Refunds for service outages or model-provider issues are evaluated case-by-case. Reach out to support.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
6.3 Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a billing issue, please email support@omniflash-ai.com before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting support, or chargebacks deemed fraudulent or in bad faith, may result in suspension of your account. Stripe and your bank will receive transaction information necessary to handle any chargeback you file.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Impersonate any person, brand, or public figure without authorization.
- Clone, synthesize, or distribute another person's voice or likeness without their explicit consent (no unauthorized deepfakes).
- Generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, or other content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- Generate content intended to harass, defraud, or harm a specific individual.
- Generate disinformation designed to manipulate elections, public-health responses, or financial markets.
- Build datasets to train competing AI models from our outputs.
- Reverse-engineer the service or circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or access controls.
- Violate the terms of any third-party model provider whose output is delivered through the service.
- Use the service for any activity prohibited by Stripe's Restricted Businesses list (stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, retain outputs that may be needed for legal or safety review, and report to law enforcement where appropriate.
8. Generated content and ownership
8.1 Your inputs
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and any reference media you upload, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying source material.
8.2 Generated outputs
For outputs generated by the service, the rights you receive depend on (a) the upstream model provider's terms, (b) your subscription plan, and (c) applicable law.
- Commercial use is permitted on Pro, Ultra, and API/Agency plans, subject to model-provider terms and these Terms.
- Commercial use is not permitted on the Lite plan (personal/educational use only).
- You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws, platform policies (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), and the rights of third parties depicted.
8.3 Our license to your inputs
To operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit your inputs and outputs as needed to provide the service to you. We do not use your inputs to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
9. Intellectual property and DMCA
The service — its design, code, branding, and original written content — is owned by Omni Flash. You may not copy, redistribute, or rebrand the service without our written permission.
If you believe content generated or hosted on the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@omniflash-ai.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it.
- Your contact information.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will respond to valid DMCA notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who uploaded it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
10. Service availability and warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly consistent output quality. Model behavior may change as upstream providers update their models.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Flash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Omni Flash, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. Upon deletion:
- Auto-renewal is cancelled.
- Access to paid features continues to the end of the current paid period (if applicable).
- Account data is deleted within 90 days, subject to our data-retention obligations (see Privacy Policy §8).
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you materially violate these Terms or if continued operation of your account presents a legal or safety risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, acceptable use, indemnification, dispute resolution) survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the service or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the changes, your remedy is to stop using the service and cancel any paid subscription.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Omni Flash is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to sue in your local courts.
You and Omni Flash agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@omniflash-ai.com.
