Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout runs on Stripe. You can pay with the major credit and debit cards Stripe supports — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — plus whichever wallets Stripe offers in your region at checkout. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and never reach our servers.
What is the difference between monthly, yearly, and paying once?
Monthly and yearly are subscriptions: your balance is topped up at the start of every billing cycle. Yearly is billed once for twelve months and runs up to 25% cheaper per month, depending on the tier. A credit pack is a one-time purchase — no renewal, no subscription; its credits stay valid for 60 days on the smallest pack and a full year on the larger ones.
How many credits does a video cost?
A standard 8-second clip at 720p is 160 credits; 1080p and 4K cost more (the full table is on this page). Shorter clips cost less and longer ones cost more. Prompt enhancement is 1 credit, and conversational, character, or physics prompts are 2.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits are tied to your billing cycle: whatever is left expires when the cycle renews and a fresh balance is granted. Credit-pack credits carry a validity window — 60 days on the smallest pack, a year on the larger ones — so plan to spend them within that window.
Can I try Omni Flash before paying?
There is no free trial and no signup credit. The smallest way in is a one-time credit pack, with no subscription: a 4-second 360p draft on Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash is 24 credits and a standard 8-second 720p clip 160, so a pack lets you see real results before choosing a plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Manage or cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Access and the credits already granted for the current cycle continue to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that. Refunds follow the refund and cancellation policy in our Terms.
Can I use the videos commercially?
It depends on your plan and on the upstream model provider’s terms. Lite covers personal projects, Pro adds commercial usage rights for individual creators and marketers, and Ultra is built for teams and agencies. Pay Once packs include a commercial license. The upstream provider’s terms still apply on top of your plan.
Do I need my own Gemini API key?
No. Omni Flash runs the models for you — Gemini Omni Flash and Veo 3.1 are both in the studio’s model picker and your credits cover the generation. Google’s own developer API is priced separately (around $0.10 per second) if you would rather integrate it directly.
